Payment / Shipping

Our items can only be delivered within the EU, Switzerland, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Malta, Great Britain, and Norway. Delivery within Germany takes approximately 1-3 business days, delivery within Europe takes approximately 2-5 business days from receipt of your complete and error-free order, unless otherwise agreed or a different delivery time is specified in the item description.

Shipping is usually carried out by DHL – in individual cases by DPD, GLS, or the postal service.

Retailers in Germany and Austria receive their orders free of shipping costs for orders with a net value of €250 or more. Otherwise, we charge the following shipping costs (gross):
