When do we use, transmit and process your personal data?
We respect that the careful handling of your personal data is very important to you. At Spirit of OM GmbH, data protection has a high priority. To ensure this, we strictly comply with the statutory provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act when collecting, using and processing data.

Order Processing
We store personal data primarily for optimal order processing. For this purpose, we may pass it on to other companies, for example to suppliers who deliver the goods you ordered directly from the factory to you. The data passed on in this way may only be used by the recipient to fulfil its task. Any other use of the information is contractually prohibited.
E-mail advertising without newsletter subscription and your right to object
If we receive your e-mail address in connection with the sale of goods or services and you have not objected to this, we reserve the right, on the basis of Section 7 (3) UWG, to regularly send you offers by e-mail for similar products from our range to those you have already purchased.
